The Cupola difference

How it works
No showroom visit. No long sales process. No custom drawings unless you are moving into Marco Cappiotti's bespoke range.
Self-select between portable, outdoor, commercial steel, or brick.
Portable ovens are for home cooks, balconies, and small catering. Outdoor and catering models are for farmhouses, events, and mobile service. Commercial steel ovens are for cafes, cloud kitchens, and restaurants. Brick ovens are for pizzerias, hotels, breweries, and permanent installations with higher daily volume.
Cupola uses standardised sizes and finishes. There are no custom dimensions, no custom tiles, and no bespoke finishes in the Cupola range. That is how the company keeps quality high, pricing clear, and delivery predictable.
Share your space dimensions, daily pizza target, fuel preference, and budget.
The team will recommend a model, share specifications, pricing, and timeline within a day. If your space needs a concrete floor, LPG connection, chimney planning, or a permanent brick installation, that guidance comes before you pay.
No showroom visits. No sales rep calls. Just answers.
Once the specifications are confirmed, payment is by QR code or bank transfer.
Steel ovens follow a two-week build-and-ship timeline. Brick ovens take four weeks total, including on-site assembly by the Cupola team. Portable ovens may ship immediately when the right model is in warehouse stock.
Portable and steel ovens arrive ready to use. The customer self-installs with the required concrete pad, safe ventilation, and LPG connection.
Brick ovens are assembled on site by Cupola's team over about a week. A handover walkthrough is included, covering startup, daily operation, basic care, firing habits, and how to protect the cooking stones.
Proper maintenance of a wood-fired oven involves slow preheating with dry hardwood and maintaining cleanliness around the cooking stones. Avoid using water on hot cooking stones, because sudden cooling can cause thermal shock and cracking.

FAQ
Portable and steel ovens are typically two weeks from order to first pizza, depending on warehouse stock and delivery location.
Brick ovens take four weeks, including on-site assembly. Brick units also need the correct base, space, ventilation, and a slow first firing process before regular cooking.
Custom dimensions, custom tiles, and bespoke finishes are Marco Capriotti's range.
Cupola is the standardised, faster-delivery option: same engineering principles, fixed configurations, fixed finishes, and clearer pricing. The savings come from standardisation, not weaker materials.
Imported home pizza ovens from brands like Ooni and Gozney can work well in the conditions they were designed for, but many are built around European propane and lighter home use.
Cupola is engineered and built in India for local LPG, Indian weather, Indian kitchen usage, and local service. Build specs such as brick thickness, insulation, dome geometry, and heat retention are closer to commercial standards than hobbyist ones.
If you are making a few pizzas a month, a small imported portable oven may be enough. If you are serving customers, running events, or firing the oven daily, heat retention, capacity, serviceable parts, and aftercare matter more.
Financing terms are to be confirmed. Standard payment is by QR code or bank transfer once the model, specifications, and delivery timeline are agreed.
There are no showrooms. Cupola is WhatsApp-first and low-touch to keep the process efficient.
The team can share videos of the model you are considering and, where possible, connect you with existing installations near you. You can also request specifications, photos, and setup guidance before confirming.
A few honest notes from years of installing and supporting these ovens, so the first quirk does not worry you.
Hairline gaps in the brick floor can be normal.
Brick expands and contracts with heat. Small movement in the cooking floor is not automatically a defect.
Some smoke escape can happen during the first few firings.
New brick and refractory material release moisture as they dry out. Slow preheating helps protect the oven and improve curing.
Indian LPG runs dirtier than European propane.
Plan on cleaning the burner every few months, especially in commercial service. Burner cleaning supports flame quality, safety, efficiency, and precise temperature control.
Knobs and valves are serviceable in place.
Parts can ship across India, so a serviceable component does not mean replacing the whole oven.
Cooking stones should be cleaned dry.
Simple cleaning of cooking stones can be done with a brass-bristled brush, as extreme heat will burn away food residue. Do not pour water on hot cooking stones; thermal shock can crack the stone or floor.
