Buying A Pizza Oven In India Has Always Been A Gamble. Until now.

Marco Cappiotti quality ovens at almost half the price — what’s the catch?

Exploded view of Cupola oven construction layers

Cupola bought its oven model designs from Marco Cappiotti. Our ovens are designed by Marco and built on oven construction principles developed through his commercial work in India. But Cupola is a separate, standardised oven range — manufactured, sold, delivered, and supported by Cupola.

A premium Marco oven is expensive because it is built around one site, one restaurant, and one brief. The design, finish, materials, colour, tile work, installation process, and support model are all tailored to each specific project.

The Cupola Oven range is standardized.

  • No custom tile work.
  • No restaurant-specific customization.
  • No lengthy specification cycle.
  • No full-service installation package built into the price.

We worked with Marco Cappiotti to develop a simple, high-performance, value-for-money oven.

If you want a fully custom premium oven designed around your restaurant, your finish, and your site then a Marco bespoke build is the right choice.

If you want a serious commercial pizza oven with Marco-designed fundamentals, without paying for the full bespoke process, then welcome to Cupola.

The one thing we didn't hold back on is the engineering.

  • Our ovens are not secretly flimsy.
  • The insulation has not been stripped out.
  • We’re not a copycat oven with some good photos.

Cupola worked with Marco Cappiotti directly to focus only on the parts that matter most for everyday pizza performance: oven geometry, refractory construction, insulation, heat retention, and commercial operating efficiency.

Marco Cappiotti engineering, in one standard package with none of the frills. That is why Cupola costs less.

Getting an oven hot once is easy. Keeping it there through out rush hour service is the hard part.

Cupola is engineered around Indian LPG, commercial insulation, and real service conditions, so your kitchen can keep cooking instead of waiting for the oven to catch up.

Cupola local India support map

Built for a decade.
Supported locally.

  • 10-year oven life expectation.
  • Serviceable parts, not a disposable oven.
  • Local support through Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

What usually goes wrong with copycat ovens

Cheap copycat ovens sell the dream upfront and disappear when the oven starts showing problems:

  • Insulation failure.
  • Burner issues.
  • Heat retention problems.
  • No reachable support after payment.

How Cupola is different

Cupola is designed for long-term commercial use, with refractory construction, insulation, and serviceable components built around a 10-year operating life.

Local support, not an imported support chain

Cupola is built in India, stocked in India, and supported through Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

You call. We diagnose. We service what needs servicing.

Cupola oven ready for installation

Prebuilt.
In stock.
Ready to go.

I don’t have a build crew or a mason — how am I going to install this?

  • No on-site oven build.
  • No tile work, masonry crew, or custom installation project.
  • Ships from Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.

The old way

A traditional custom oven is not just an equipment purchase. It becomes a construction project.

Manufacturing delays. Site measurements. Masons. Tile work. Dust. Installation risk. Rent running. Launch date moving.

The Cupola way

The oven arrives prebuilt. You choose the model that fits your output, doorway, and fuel requirement. It ships from the nearest warehouse, moves into position, connects to gas, and starts cooking.

What you avoid

  • No bespoke build process.
  • No on-site masonry.
  • No weeks of your kitchen being taken over by an oven installation.

Built to Italian Engineering Standards. Made in India.

Gas and Wood Fired Pizza Ovens

Get a professional wood fired pizza oven that reaches and holds 450°C, ships from warehouse stock in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and is tuned for Indian LPG - not European propane.

Which Oven Is Right for Your Kitchen?

Use this 30-second decision helper to match your daily pizza volume, space, and cooking style to the right Cupola model. The right choice depends on how many pizzas you make, whether you need portability, and whether the oven is for residential, catering, or commercial use.

01

Under 100 pizzas a day - home, balcony, weekend hosting

Choose a compact wood + gas hybrid portable oven, countertop unit, or small cart model. These are suitable for homemade pizza, learning pizza making at home, and getting authentic flavor without committing to a permanent brick oven.

02

~100 pizzas a day - cafes, cloud kitchens, small restaurants

Choose steel cafe ovens with thicker domes, better heat retention, and burners designed for Indian LPG. These commercial pizza ovens give small food businesses the capacity to serve consistently without the cost or weight of a full brick installation.

03

200+ pizzas a day, every day - serious pizzerias, hotels, breweries

Choose brick ovens with refractory floors and thermal mass for sustained service. A brick oven uses the traditional method of generating heat inside the cooking cavity with wood or gas, giving steady heat, texture, and efficiency through long service windows.

04

Wedding catering, events, farmhouse hosting

Choose wheeled trolley ovens that move venue to venue. These outdoor and catering ovens are built for fire, transport, rough handling, and repeat use at events, farmhouses, and pop-ups.

When selecting a pizza oven, consider whether you need a commercial or residential model. A home oven is built around compact size and easy operation; a commercial oven is built around capacity, durability, heat retention, and consistent cooking over many pizzas.

The range

Choose your oven by use case instead

A compact home pizza oven and a high-capacity commercial brick oven are solving different problems.
